Valencia Cross asks readers to spend their time—and potentially use its research as one input in consequential financial decisions. That responsibility requires clear standards.
Editorial decisions are made for the reader’s understanding, not to produce artificial urgency, satisfy a sponsor or support a predetermined conclusion.
Research is based on public filings, official records, company disclosures, reputable reporting, market data, academic work and other lawfully available information.
Valencia Cross does not solicit, purchase or knowingly publish material nonpublic information, stolen data or trade secrets.
Primary sources are preferred whenever reasonably available. These include regulatory filings, government records, court documents, company reports, transcripts and original datasets.
Secondary reporting may provide context, but important factual claims should be traced to the strongest available source.
Material factual claims should be checked against more than one source when practical. Dates, prices, ownership information and quoted figures should be reviewed immediately before publication.
Reporting, analysis and opinion should be distinguishable. Interpretations must not be presented as established facts.
Every investment-related story should present material risks and the strongest reasonable evidence against its central thesis.
Relevant financial interests, sponsorships, affiliate relationships and known conflicts will be disclosed clearly. Issue-specific disclosures should appear within the issue, not only on a separate legal page.
Sponsors may support the publication but may not select covered securities, review conclusions before publication or purchase favorable editorial treatment.
Paid placements must be labeled clearly as SPONSORED or ADVERTISEMENT.
Automated systems and artificial intelligence may assist with monitoring, classification, transcription, summarization and research organization.
Final published claims, citations, analysis and conclusions require human editorial review. AI-generated citations must never be published without verification against the underlying source.
Material errors should be corrected promptly and transparently. A correction should identify what changed and, when relevant, the date of the correction.
Correction requests may be submitted through the Contact page by selecting Editorial correction.
Published articles should not be silently rewritten to improve past conclusions. Material updates should be dated and labeled.
Valencia Cross will not advertise selective winners while concealing unsuccessful or unresolved ideas. Any future performance discussion must include methodology, dates, relevant assumptions and material limitations.
